Call nowWe do not post a fixed figure, because no single number can see your house. Here is what we do instead. One rate card for every customer in the Treasure Valley. The number before we put you on the schedule. A written quote before anyone starts work.

Contact pageAt the diner, the board is on the wall because every plate is the same plate. A house is not a plate. So we do the next best thing. You ask, we tell you, and we write it down.
Two houses on the same street can be a different job. These are the things that move it, and they are the reason a number on a web page cannot see your house.

None of this is a surprise on the invoice. We look, we tell you the number, and then we start.
Not free with a purchase. Free.
Full Level 1 check of the flue, firebox, damper, and venting.
A Level 1 chimney inspection is a 45 to 60 minute structural safety check of the flue, firebox, damper and venting, not a look inside the fireplace. That is why it is the one we charge for. It is included at no extra charge when you book a sweep.
We check the full duct run and the exterior cap and hand you a written report. No purchase required, no trip fee, and if it does not need cleaning we say so.
We look first and only recommend cleaning when it is actually warranted.
WHAT YOU GET
No purchase required. A written quote always comes before any work begins.
THE PLAIN VERSION
There is no catch, so here is the whole thing in plain words. No fee. No trip charge. No card. No requirement to book a cleaning afterward. We check the full duct run, the exterior cap, and the airflow, and we tell you what we found. If the vent is fine, we tell you it is fine and we leave. It is free because it takes us a few minutes and it is how we earn the cleaning work when the vent actually needs it.
Free inspections cover dryer vents and air ducts. A chimney Level 1 inspection is $69 because it is a longer, more involved safety check. We would rather tell you that here than on the phone.
Stories, roof or wall exit, how many vents, when it was last done. A minute on the phone or four boxes on the form.
Before you are on the schedule. Not after we arrive, and not as a range you have to interpret.
The crew confirms what you described. On dryer vents and air ducts that look is free whether you book anything or not.
A cracked flue tile during a sweep, say. Work stops and you get a new written number for the extra before anything else happens. You can say no.
WE ARE OPEN
Seven days a week. Sundays too.
NEVER ON YOUR BILL
A Level 1 chimney inspection is a 45 to 60 minute structural safety check of those four things. It is not a look inside the fireplace, and it is the one job on our list that is close to identical in every house: same scope, same time, same equipment, whether the chimney is on a 1970s ranch in Nampa or a new build in north Meridian. That is the reason we can publish a figure for it honestly when we will not publish one for anything else. A standalone Level 1 is $69.
Included at no extra charge when you book a sweep. Level 2 and Level 3 are quoted once we know the details.
A standing offer with no deadline to race, and a real reason to call today: chimney season in the Treasure Valley runs long, and the crew has openings on the schedule now.
Full sweep and safety inspection together. Wood or gas appliance, new customers.
Full duct run from the dryer connection to the exterior cap. Inspection included at no charge.
Homes up to 15 vents. Supply, return, and register covers included.
One coupon per visit. The bundle discount is the bigger one if you are doing all three.
Dryer vent cleaning is one flat rate for a standard home, and it is the same rate in every city we serve. Three things can change it: how long the duct run is, how many bends it has, and whether the vent exits through a wall or the roof. Start with the free inspection and we will tell you which one you have. Call (208) 248-2478 or send the form and you get the number before we put you on the schedule.
Duct cleaning is priced by how many supply and return vents your home has and whether the house runs on one system or two. That is why the number is different for a 1,200 square foot ranch and a 3,000 square foot two story, and why nobody who has not counted your vents can tell you a real price. The inspection is free. We look, we tell you whether cleaning is actually warranted, and you get the price in writing. If it is not warranted, we say so and you pay nothing.
Because a fixed figure is only honest if it fits your house. Vent counts, duct runs, roof access, and chimney condition all change the job, and a number on a web page cannot see any of it. What does not change is how we handle it. The same rate card applies to every customer in the Treasure Valley, you get the number before we schedule you, and a written quote comes before anyone starts work. Call, use the form, or email and you will have your price.
No. If the technician finds something outside what you booked, a cracked flue tile during a sweep for example, you get to say no before anything gets added. Nothing gets added to your bill because somebody decided on the spot that your house was a bigger job.
The same as it costs in Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Star, Garden City, and Middleton. One rate card covers the whole Treasure Valley and there is no travel fee inside it, so where you live does not move the number. What moves it is the run itself: length, bends, and where it exits. Call (208) 248-2478 or send the form and you get the number before we put you on the schedule.
A sweep is quoted with the Level 1 safety inspection, because we do not sell one without the other. What moves the number is how much creosote is in the flue, how the roof is accessed, and whether the appliance is wood or gas. Heavy build-up after several unswept seasons is more work than an annual clean. Call or send the form and you get the number before you are on the schedule, and a written quote before the crew starts.
A Level 1 inspection on its own is $69. It is a 45 to 60 minute structural safety check of the flue, firebox, damper, and venting, and it is close to identical in every house, which is why it is the one figure we can publish honestly. It is included at no extra charge when you book a sweep. Level 2, required for a home sale or after a chimney fire, and Level 3, which involves removing components for access, are quoted once we know the flue and the access.
Nobody can price this on the phone, and anybody who does is guessing. Crown work, tuckpointing, flashing, and relining span a very wide range, and the honest sequence is inspect first, photograph what we find, then quote in writing. What we can tell you now: the standing REPAIR10 coupon takes ten percent off whatever that written quote says, and you are free to take the quote and think about it.
Yes, and there is no purchase attached to it. No fee, no trip charge, no card, no requirement to book a cleaning afterward. We check the full duct run, the exterior cap, and the airflow, and we hand you a written report you keep. If the vent is fine, we tell you it is fine and we leave. It is free because it takes a few minutes and it is how we earn the cleaning work when the vent actually needs it.
No. Saturday and Sunday are regular workdays here, not overtime, and a 6 PM appointment costs what a 10 AM appointment costs. We are open seven days a week, 7 AM to 7 PM. If the only time you are home is the weekend, that is a normal appointment, booked at the normal rate, with the same crew.
Four questions. A person reads it and calls you back with the number.
