2. Services Described

Valley Vent Co. provides chimney sweeping and inspection, dryer vent cleaning and inspection, and air duct cleaning services in the Treasure Valley, Idaho. Service descriptions on this website are summaries. The exact scope of work is confirmed in a written estimate provided on-site before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline a job if site conditions are unsafe or if work is outside our scope of service.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Prices shown on this website are our standard published rates. A written estimate is provided before work begins. The estimate price is the price you pay unless additional work is discovered on-site and agreed to in writing before proceeding.

Coupon codes and promotional discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking or at the time the written estimate is provided. We cannot apply a discount after an invoice has been issued. One coupon per household, per service, per visit.

Published pricing on this website is effective as of the effective date above. Prices are subject to change. Your written estimate locks in the price for that visit.

Promotional offers, coupons, inspection specials, and limited-time pricing shown on this website or in advertisements are subject to change or end at any time without prior notice. A final written quote is always provided and confirmed with you before any work begins. Some services, including additional vent runs beyond the standard count and animal or nest removal, are quoted per case after the on-site inspection, and that quote will be presented in writing before we proceed.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are confirmed by phone or text. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip charge at our discretion. Repeated cancellations may result in us declining to schedule future appointments.

5. Access to Property

By scheduling service, you confirm that you have the right to grant access to the property and the systems to be serviced. You agree to ensure safe working conditions and access to the relevant equipment, including but not limited to the fireplace, dryer, and HVAC system.

We are not responsible for damage to equipment or structures that are already in a failed, compromised, or unsafe condition prior to our arrival. We will note pre-existing conditions in writing before work begins where visible.

6. Workmanship Guarantee

Valley Vent Co. stands behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 30 days and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to workmanship and service quality, not to pre-existing equipment conditions or failures unrelated to the service performed.

The Tri-Service Bundle includes a two-year workmanship guarantee on all three services performed during a single bundle visit. Terms confirmed in writing at time of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valley Vent Co.'s liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the website will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
