Meet the Valley Vent Co. Crew
Cross-trained on chimneys, dryer vents, and air ducts. One crew, one truck, one morning.
One Trained Team.
Not a Dispatch Board.
Every Valley Vent Co. technician is trained across all three services before running a solo job. Chimney work is covered under CSIA standards. Dryer vent and air duct cleaning follow NADCA methods and manufacturer specs.
That is not how most vent cleaning companies operate. Most dispatch whoever picks up the phone. We do not subcontract, and we do not send out a chimney tech who has never touched a dryer vent, or a duct cleaner who has never looked up a flue.
When real crew names and certification numbers are confirmed, they will appear on this page per CSIA transparency standards. Until then, call us and we will tell you exactly who is coming to your home and what they are certified for.
- Technician introduces themselves by name and cert
- Walkthrough with you before work begins
- Dust barriers in place before the firebox is opened
- Written inspection notes left on-site after every job
- Before-and-after photos available on request
- Final airflow reading measured and recorded
- Honest assessment - we only recommend work that is needed
Individual technician profiles - with photos, names, and certification numbers - are being confirmed with the crew and will be added to this page before the indexed launch. Call us at (208) 248-2478 if you want to know who is coming to your home before booking.
If We Did Not
Do It Right,
We Come Back.
The Workmanship Guarantee
If a vent we cleaned fails inspection, we come back free. If the work is not right - the sweep missed a section, the duct still has debris, the dryer vent airflow is still restricted - call us and we will schedule a return visit at no charge.
There is no complicated form, no expiration date, no proof-of- purchase requirement. We stand behind our work because our reputation in the Treasure Valley is built one job at a time.
The Standards
We Work To.
These are the codes and certifications that govern how the work gets done - not marketing language.
NFPA 211
The National Fire Protection Association standard that governs chimney, fireplace, and venting system installation and service. Our inspection checklists follow NFPA 211 Level 1 and Level 2 criteria exactly.
CSIA Standards
The Chimney Safety Institute of America exam requires demonstrated knowledge of flue systems, combustion, liner types, and safety clearances. Every lead technician on a chimney job is trained to CSIA standards.
NADCA Method
Air duct cleaning follows the National Air Duct Cleaners Association method: negative pressure applied to the full duct system before agitation begins. Source removal, not just surface passes.
IMC Dryer Vent Code
International Mechanical Code maximums for duct run length and bend counts guide every dryer vent inspection. We document existing conditions and note code concerns in writing after every visit.
